I’m so happy I found these. I’ve always been kind of a high strung anxious person. I’m a wife and a mom of a toddler and a lot of the time I felt like I was stuck in ‘fight or flight’ mode. Just anxious and ‘in my head’ and stressed about little things that went wrong.
For a while I relied on having a drink or two in the evening but I’d always feel some sort of hangover symptom later on and I’ve realized alcohol definitely increases my anxiety. I’ve tried a few cbd products in the past and didn’t think they did anything so I didn’t continue. I learned about these from a girl on instagram I follow and thought I’d give them a shot.
